"Canti della Montagna" Choral Festival

To sing, to sing always, and above all to sing together.

That is what led us to form our choir and, in 1995, to create what is today the most important and longest-running choral event in the city of Latina: our "Canti della Montagna" (Songs of the Mountains) festival.

Through this event we have always welcomed choirs from all over Italy and Europe, showing them the Agro Pontino while getting to know their own musical and cultural traditions.

Each festival has two evenings of concerts: a "travelling" evening, when the guest choirs sing in the different towns founded during the land reclamation, and a gala evening in Latina, when all the choirs perform together.

In 2023, for the 25th edition of the festival, we were delighted and proud to celebrate the reopening of the Teatro D'Annunzio in Latina.
